They came through once again! Our water heater got a crack and water was everywhere. I called, and they had someone at the house within 20 minutes. I was expecting them to turn everything off then make an appointment for repair for another day, but nope! Eric made a call and began the work right away. By the time dinner was on the table, service was complete. Thoroughly satisfied and extremely grateful for their immediate service!

Losing heat during the night when it’s really cold is no fun! Called at 11:50 a.m. and someone came at 1 p.m. Fast, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Charlie was great!! It's now 3:30 p.m. and the house is getting back to normal.

The system was acting wonky, shutting down every 5 minutes or so, taking 3 hours to raise the temperature 5 degrees. I called Farnen & Dermer on a Friday morning around 8:30, explained my problem, and by 10 o’clock a technician was here. Glenn has been here in the past and I can’t say enough about the quality of his work; it’s just so reliable. He diagnosed the problem, spent several hours here making the corrections, and explained everything to me in detail that I was able to fully understand. The cost was well within reason.
