This company was strongly recommended by a friend. I can pass along that strong recommendation. This is the kind of family-run company that you hope to find. We first had one of those larger companies (that have locations up and down the East Coast) come and give a two-and-a-half-hour sales pitch. Being able to talk just 15 minutes with one of the owners of this company immediately made the distinction clear. Rather than sitting through a slide show of how great the company is, the discussion was strictly about the technical aspects of what we needed. They were able to install the furnace the same day, and spent seven hours doing so. There was no rush to complete the job, and they were very patient in answering all our questions. We have complete confidence in the installation, and feel very lucky to have found them.
