I placed a service call on a Saturday with their automated attendant, requesting service on Monday at 9 a.m. By 7:30 a.m. on Monday, I had a text confirming my appointment. The technician, Charlie Polite, showed up around 9 a.m., diagnosed the problem, and suggested a fix to get more life out of our 16-year-old device. Very pleased with the service!
